12917- Abbey Road Bass

Using the same sized body but a full 34″ scale, the Abbey Road bass is of fully hollow construction.

The timber used is as for the Abbey Road Hollow Body- birch laminate for the back and sides and plantation grown mahogany for the neck which is carbon fibre- reinforced, with Macassar ebony for the fret board.

The pickups used in this bass were specifically made by Mick Brierley using a conventional sized humbucker cover and baseplate with four slugs instead of the usual six.
